If you're experiencing any problem setting up your call, please try this steps:


Step 1: Check your hardware

  1. Make sure your microphone, camera, and speakers are plugged in to your computer and turned on (microphone isn’t muted).
    • If you connect any of your hardware using USB, check if you need to install software from the device manufacturer.
  2. Make sure other programs on your computer aren’t using your microphone, camera, or speakers.
  3. At the bottom of the configuration window, make sure you’ve selected the microphone and camera from your computer
  4. Finally, use this page to verify whether all required devices are running properly. All tests must be successful for the call to happen. Below there is a screenshot of a succesful test. If any of the devices failed to pass the test it will be highlighted in red.


Step 2: Check your Browser settings

  1. The application can be accessed using Chrome, Firefox and Safari web browsers. 
  2. Make sure neither camera nor microphone aren't blocked by your browser.

  2. Click "Settings"

  3. Click "Advanced"

  4. Click "Content Settings"

  5. Click "Camera"

  6. Check camera exists and platform's URL isn't blocked

  4. Click "Camera" on left menu
  5. Check camera isn't blocked by default
  6. Click "Microphone" on left menu
  7. Check microphone isn't blocked

  2. Click "Preferences"
  3. Click "Privacy & Security" on left menu
  4. Go to  "Permissions" section
  5. Click "Camera Settings"
  6. Check camera isn't blocked by default
  7. Click "Microphone Settings"
  8. Check microphone isn't blocked
